ERP System For Spinning Mills is a Software package to manage all the activities of a Co-operative Spinning Mills. It manages the payroll, the Inventory and the Financial Accounts of the mill. The package being multi-user, data can be entered at multi-points. The payroll module manages salaries of both the regular and temporary employees. Salary of workers is made on the bases of the work done on hourly bases. Provision for various Deductions like LIC , PF,ESI etc. are made including some of non- casuals.
All the statutory Reports of PF and ESI forms like Form 3, Form 3a /Form 6/Form 7, etc. are generated periodically.
Each of these modules are linked to the Financial accounts which generates provisional /final Balance Sheet every Month. System security is maintained by using two level passwords.
